Talbott helped found Steel City Squash in 2014. He has been active in youth and education non-profits for 20 years and has worked with numerous start-up and emerging programs. He is Managing Director of Tondern Capital, the New York affiliate of the Pittsburgh-based Hillman Company. Talbott graduated from Princeton University in 1996 and received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2004. He currently also serves on the boards of Good Shepherd Services and the Brick Church School, on the Parents and Science committee at Rockefeller University and on the investment committee for The Edna McConnell Clark Foundation. Talbott and his wife, Carter, live in New York City with their four children.
